Jeffrey M. Einbinder
In 1983, I returned home from a trip to California and went to the complex pool where a met a woman who would become my best friend, wife and mother to our two children. Our first son was born in 1989 and and our second was born in 1991. In 1990, I left a job in the business world and looked for a teaching job. Luck was with me and Principal Martin Ellin gave me a teaching position at Chase Elementary School. I was there for 18 years until going to Brentano Math & Science Academy.
In 1988, My wife was diagnosed with cervical cancer and underwent surgery. In 2000, we found out the doctor was wrong and she had a inoperable massive tumor. She died February 8, 2001 and I was now without my wife, my best friend and my two sons were without a mother. Our sons were 11 and 9 at the time. All three of us had to go on with our lives.
The love of my life is Patti.
My sons are now 23 years old and 21 years old and both attend the same college.
In June 2008, I finished my Technology in Education Masters program at National Louis University.
I currently work at Brentano Math & Science Academy as the Technology Coordinator.
